The MOC Orbiteur is the innovation in the field of micro parts-cleaning and was developed by us with funding provided by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affair and Energy. The unique, orbital movement of goods over all three axes guarantees an optimum performance and efficiency. In collaboration with our development partners, we have realised a cleaning system with a cleaning agent for all types of metal - whether steel, light metal, non-ferrous metals, precious metals, copper or galvanized. The cleaner is 100% VOC-free. Through integrated water treatment with circulation, a particularly economical cleaning with only 2 liters of water consumption per-cycle was made possible. Another advantage: The residual concentrate volume is extremely low. This protects the environment! Due to the compact design and the small dimensions, the MOC Orbiteur takes up very little space in your production. At the same time we have focused on optimum ease of maintenance. MOC Orbiteur is controlled on request from your tablet. All data and cleaning parameters are recorded here and may be evaluated at any time. By the way: Since the cleaning fluid has the same quality always, you can clean with the same cleaning parameters regardless of the throughput rate and consistently achieve high quality cleaning
